Giving this a 5 is being generous. The plot was so drawn out and very slow paced (which doesn't make sense for a 12 episode anime). The idea was unique but I had high expectations and was definitely disappointed.

Absolutely devastating... I loved it. I've been putting off rewatching it so that I don't get my heart broken again.

This anime was honestly so cool and 100% binge worthy. I really liked the depth of each character and that's one of the main reasons I fell in love with this anime. I enjoyed the main character's consistency and his personality as a whole, I think his character is very eye-opening.

This rating may be a little bias because it was one of the first animes I've seen so I can't remember much of the plot, but I really liked the main character and his connections to the people he met. Some of the scenes were super sad too (I think I cried).

I can't recall much (which is why I gave it an average score) but I remember it being pretty cute!

The concept of this anime was super unique compared to most anime I've seen! I enjoyed seeing the character development from the main character! Very interesting watch.

It lived up to the hype! I really liked this anime and I love Misa (she's an icon). The only reason I didn't give this a 10 is because I wish it had a better ending.

I really liked the character growth in this anime as well as the concept as a whole! I think it was a really interesting watch and I especially liked Yuri because of her background and her determination despite the odds being against her.

I think the relationship between the main character and her love interest is cute but beyond that it's pretty bland. There's not much of a story behind it and it's very stereotypical.

My second favorite Studio Ghibli film! It's impossible to not fall in love with Sophie and Howl. I think that this film does a beautiful job at portraying true love!

I desperately wish I could give this trilogy a higher rating. I think the main characters and their connections are very beautifully made and I absolutely love Balot, but I can't rate it higher because of the continuous sexualization of the characters. Most of it felt unnecessary to the plot. A lot of the scenes were inappropriate but if I put that aside I actually really liked this trilogy. Balot was a very strong and realistic female lead and I liked seeing her development throughout the three movies.

My absolute favorite Studio Ghibli film in existence, I LOVE Princess Mononoke as a character and think her connection with her wolves is beautiful. The entire anime is so touching and I love the story as a whole.

I binged this anime so fast that I can hardly remember the details of it, but it is an absolute masterpiece. I was hooked more and more with each episode (waiting for season 2).

If perfection was an anime, it would be this one. This reminds me of Death Note but way better. I was on my toes the entire time. It was crafted in such a creative way!

If I could give this anime an 11, I would. It's so beautifully crafted and I am in love with Violet and all that she endures and overcomes. The portrayal of her character made me realize a lot about myself and now I recommend anyone who wants to understand me to watch this anime. If Violet Evergarden has no fans then I am dead.
