This is cute edu-tainment for kids on how to grow rice. The little heroine works on her father's farm and with the help of a rice spirit transforms into Agriculture Angel Baraki when trouble appears.
Each episode contains a filmed section that explains a step in the rice growing process.
While the attempted comedy was plain boring , the part with how to grow rice is interesting .Also, did anyone else thought of rocket team from pokemon when they flew into the sky xD?
I found this ridiculously funny, but not as they intended. I know the intended audience, but watching it as a developed human being...
I loved at the end of the information section, which was actually educational for me too, they added an extra slide: Dog------->* picture of a dog*
Random chicken walking across the road.
Awkward staring moments.
Unnecessary use of a giant robot proceeded by the anticlimactic destruction of the seeds.
The catch phrase: Digest the love of farmers!
(Very good *cough* funny 8)
Boring, but the villains being animals creates an interesting and almost certainly unintended angle; what we've got here is wild animals vs. the humans who are taking up all the land with their farms. Agricultural is an expression of human dominance over nature, regardless of Sanae's self-satisfied sentimentalism about Mother Earth, etc.
