Just watched it and it is recap. It stops where Hakko shows Mino her boobies in the karaoke-bar and Yun Yun invites Maria to her home/boat. 12:20 long and the last 1:30 is the ending song. That's why nobody bothered to sub it.

No need for an Eng sub, pretty easy to understand if you have watched the original series, I just watched it and I watched the original series 4 years ago.
