I'm looking for anime with fight scenes that have choreography more suited to my taste (see description).

There are a lot of threads about fight scenes, but I am looking for something more specific. The anime mentioned in other threads either doesn't fit my taste or I already know them.

Basically, I prefer anime with clearer movement during choreography. I don't like overly fast-paced fights where I can't tell what is happening on the screen.

Examples of what I am NOT looking for:
Demon Slayer
This anime is heavily praised for its animation and fight scenes. I like the art style and colorful animation, yet the fight scenes feel very lacking to me.

This scene, for me, is the epitome of what I hate in many modern anime fight scenes.

The characters are rapidly flailing their weapons. I can barely call this choreography. I can't see what they are doing. Many Demon Slayer fights are like this.

Akaza vs Rengoku is slightly better—it has clearer movement, but due to the overly close camera placement, it's still hard to comprehend.

Many Jujutsu Kasisen fights
Sukuna vs mahoraga and Sukuna vs Jogo - again, too fast.

Many One Punch Man (season 1) fights
Saitama vs Carnage Kabuto
Saitama vs Boros

Many Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works fights
For example this

What is this? It's just flailing weapons. I can't even call it choreography.

This is my main issue with Ufotable. Are the animators only capable of animating flashy lights and special effects but too lazy or not experienced enough to create proper choreography?

Now examples of anime or just fights that represents what I am looking for

Samurai Champloo

Many Naruto fights

Hajime no Ippo

More examples:
I dislike Demon Slayer, but this fight really is good. Actual clear movement

Same thing

Oher examples of what I am looking for:
Sword of the Stranger
Birdy the Mighty
Cowboy Bebop
Kazemakase Tsukikage Ran
Seirei no Moribito
Some Hunter x Hunter fights like first half of Gon vs Hisoka

In other words, I hate the overly fast-paced tempo caused by laziness and lack of creativity the fact that many anime viewers prefer very colorful and extremely fast-paced fights.

I prefer a more "realistic" (for lack of a better term) approach to action scenes. I prefer fights with more clear character movement.

I would like them to not break the laws of physics and that sort of thing is an easy way to describe my tastes. Do you identify with that as well? Not to see I hate that sort of anime, it's just not in my taste and I tend to avoid anime that seem to be about this sort of thing. In terms of super powers, I like the RPG concepts of magic, but I don't like things were human being can just fly in outer space, blow up planets, and annoying things like screaming and talking during the entire duration of the fight as well (and I know almost every anime does this).

I'll second Grimgar: Ashes and Illusions - the fight scenes are easy to follow, have weight behind them and follow most laws of physics.

Ranma 1/2 has pretty good choreography and visual traceability.

If you haven't watched Cowboy Bebop the Movie, do it. Its fight scenes are really, really good.

Samurai X and Trust and Betrayal

Ghost in the Shell and Stand Alone Complex

Frieren - now that I thought about it, this is what a Shinkai action anime would look like

Wind Breaker is doing a good job translating the action to the screen so you understand what's happening - even though one of the fights is a bit more blurred, because it's a very fast paced fighter

Viral Hit - give it a chance, I think you might like it, the fighting animation isn't the very best, but decent, but as an added bonus, you get some theory explanations and training methods
