Need help on Watch Order

Sorry to bother you with a new thread. I'm just confused with the watch order of the show. I don’t have too much spare time, so I'm not willing to give a long shot. So, could you guys suggest me the right canon watch order to begin with.

At first, I don’t wanna watch side story, spin-off, summery. But peoples said that, it’s a masterpiece and also award winning show. So I'm kinda curious and going to check it out. But I see a lot of entries on MAL. So, it’s not making sense whether I've to watch them or not.

Then just watch Season 1 & Season 2 (R2) , that's the Main Story.

The Boukoku no Akito Pentalogy of Movies happens between the 2 Seasons , but follow a completely different cast , so you can skip it if you want to.
The Trilogy of Movies is a Remake of the 2 Seasons , changing a few elements , which leads to Fukkatsu no Lelouch Movie , a different (fan-service) end. (Basically , an Alternative Universe/Timeline.)
You also have some Episodes/Movies recaps , and a shit load of Picture dramas , which takes place a little bit everywhere in the show , or are simply parodies of it.

A new Anime (Apparently taking place after Fukkatsu no Lelouch... ?) was announced some years ago tho.

Simple, Season 1 then Season 2, that's the main timeline. But if you're interested to see the series in a different nuance you can check out the movies but just remember that there isn't any connection between the movies and the actual anime, the movies are simply set in a different time-line as an alternative to watch if you want to experience a re-made code geass or if you want a different ending

if you want the entire Code Geass series, then watch S1 and 2, Resurrection and the Akita movies. (you can watch the picture drama if you want but I think you'll find them pointless) but other than that, just watch S1, S2, resurrection and Akita movies. Those first 3 Code Geass movies are a recap so ignore them.

From someone who LOVES and adores everything Code Geass... Watch S1 and then S2. I also recommend the movie Lelouch of The Resurrection, but that's up to you especially if you didn't like the ending to S2. Everything else is spin-offs and fan stuff, except the new movies which are remakes of the original series.

Honestly you should not waste your time on it and watch something that is actually good like JoJo or Food Wars or Kaiji or anything else cuz i'm telling you if you go in thinking that it's gonna be a masterpiece you will be deeply dissapointed.

I recommend just watching season one and two. The movies have a different universe then the series and I feel the series is better. I mean some series watchers looked at the last movie but you don’t have to since it’s not cannon in the series

well the main storyline consist of only the R1 and R2 i.e., Episode 1-50 and after that the movie of Lelouch of Resurrection is asper your choice. It is a fan service movie really and since other movies don't really have anything to do with main storyline thus it doesn't need to be watched

The 1st one was made to hype for the release of R2 , and the 2nd just followed a few months after the end of the Season , as a normal recap.

Boukoku no Akito is a Pentalogy Spin-Off taking place between the 2 Seasons.
It was pretty much made just to get money by using a popular title.

The Remake Trilogy was done just to get more money , and Fukkatsu no Lelouch (Sequel to the Trilogy) , to get even more money.

was supposed to watch everything in order too but ended up just watching s1 and s2. That's all you need to watch anyway.

However, i read somewhere that if you want a different ending, you need to watch the others too. I'm just not sure which is it.
