| If i remember it right then there should be a thread on that somewhere around MAL.(Too lazy to really search that far) But mine is the Enies Lobby arc, although all the others where brilliant too imo. But the arabasta arc was pretty good and epic too, i mean it generally finishes the first part of the grand line. |

| So the latest chapter was really interesting: 1.) Sanji is a slave. 2.) Zoro is definitely lost 3.) Robin and Nami went shopping! 4.) Luffy is going to buy a Bon Chari 5.) The Tenryuubito are going to play an amazingly important role. 6.) Luffy is going to kick their ass really soon. ^_^ |

| of the 9 other Supernovas, only Drake (the ex-marine), Law (Surgeon of Death) and Urouge (Sky Island Native) actually piqued my interest. I'm sure the other 6 aren't pushovers but they didn't give much of an impression, not even Kid, the guy with a higher bounty than Luffy's. with that said, Rayleigh is more intriguing than the rest of the Supernova combined after Shakkie mentioned that Rayleigh is 100 times stronger than Luffy. I do believe its somewhat of an exaggeration on Shakkie's part (maybe 50 times stronger lol). |

| Well the Kid pirate crew seems to be the only one with about the same level as the strawhat crew.(Remember Luffy's bounty doesn't include beating Enel and Moria) But they all look pretty tough and a bounty isn't everything. And yeah the one that interest me the most is Drake. His story could be interesting since he originally came from the marines. |

| probably the reason why some of them have higher bounties than the Straw Hats because they actually harm the citizens. the Straw Hats are the kind of pirates that plunder only their enemies, and they don't attack normal people. they like money, but they don't harm the citizens to get it. they just harm other pirates. i wonder if the Sky Island native came from Sky Piea. or maybe he came from another sky island. |

| Just rereading the chapter(s) that Zoro took the damage from Luffy body. Kuma said he should of died with that much damage, but he didn't so now i'm guessing that his body is still far behind from recovering completely. So i would say that it will take a couple of arcs to get him fully recovered. |

| So, what does everyone think of the latest development? I'm actually quite curious about why there are so many people that want to sell mermaids. I wonder if its such a popular and profitable business and who exactly buys them. It's also pretty funny how all the other pirates on the archipelago - with the exception of the Strawhats (well, some of them anyway) - are so deathly afraid of an admiral. Well, then again, it does make sense, but one would think they would have some faith in their own powers and crew, eh? Any bold predictions for the big chapter number 500? |
| Well i guess they would avoid fighting against a Shichibukai too. Remember; No one ever invaded Enies Lobby too. Its not like the strawhats always do the most logic and reasonable things. And i guess mermaids are pretty popular in the holy land. I guess allot of the people there have moria-like collections, so they'd love to have at least one mermaid. And i guess they'll introduce the character they are looking for(I forgot his name). In the next chapter...and its another D. Ok i made mine, now lets hear some other bold predictions..XD |

I'm seriously hoping against hope that #500 will reveal something so epic that the word "epic" fails mightily to describe it. But a few of my thoughts: 1.) We haven't seen what Robin and Nami have been doing ever since they went shopping. So I think the next chapter will show them to some degree. 2.) My big prediction is that Blackbeard (or one of his crew) or Smoker is sighted at the archipelago. He has wanted to capture Luffy ever since he saw his bounty (the episode where he fights Ace). |
| I have a feeling this whole saga might go on for quite some time, a la Water 7. The actual world in this latest arc is something quite different, as well. Its somewhat reminiscent of Skypiea with the use of all the otherworldly contraption's, laws and stuff of the world. I don't see Caimie ever becoming a Straw Hat, either. Unless something epic happens, she doesn't suit it, right. Similar to Vivi, I think. It'll be nice if they actually have a arc without getting a new nakama.. then get one in the following saga/arc. ;p vindemon64 said: 2.) | I think the question should be... why do characters in other manga wear the same thing every day? Does Naruto have like fifteen of those orange jumpsuits hanging in his closet, and it took him until Shippuden to figure out that they weren't cool? I'm guessing Nami and Robin just like to keep up to date about fashion. It makes sense. The others seem to change their getup every once in a while, but it's mostly minor stuff... Luffy had the black shorts in Enies Lobby, Sanji had the orange shirt... which suggests that they do own more than one set of clothes, but they're similar because that's what suits them. ...That still doesn't quite explain Skypiea and Sanji's pink curtain shirt... |
| The orange shirt should have been more explained. I little things like that are harder to do in manga, than anime. I think most of their wardrobes are full've the same thing, Mind, Naruto does have some other clothes, IIRC. He has a shirt with the Leaf Village logo on. Very fashionable. I recall seeing in The Simpsons their cupboards full of exactly the same thing, In some other cartoons, as well.. Does Thousand Sunny have a bathroom, actually? |
