| Hi, I'm Mihai but you can call Mike or Michael, whichever you fancy since those are the translations of my name in english(cool, right? a a name that you can use in multiple languages, even russian, Michael, but you have to use an accent). I am a 19 years old male(I'm not creppy, I swear) and I started watching anime in 2012. Since then I fell in love with anime and now I can't stop wathing them. Recently(about a month or so) I started to take a liking in manga too. Don't get me wrong, i like yuri/gl, but that is not my favorite type of anime/manga. What I absolutely love is romance and that is why i like yuri, because they have something you can't find in boy-girl love anime/manga. They have a level of seriousness and intimacy that you can't find anywhere else(example: in boy girl love they always get embarrased when they are alone and can't express their fellings, but in yuri it comes so natural and it's so good when they talk openly about their fellings and do more than just kiss or hold hands). Well this is long enough even if I didn't say everithing I wanted to say. I think I will fit right in here. |

| Ohayoo Guten Tag Bon Jour Hello I´m new to MAL and the GenreYuri/Shoujo Ai aswell. Few Facts about me: - male in his early 20´s - pizzalover - beer lover - Yuri lover for 1 week now LOL - i also like snowboarding and music Music is where my passion is, music is where my heart is. I also enjoy cooking. So from time to time i invite friends or my siblings for dinner. And i am a vegetarian as well, with the goal of beeing vegan one day (i´m already trying). Too bad i can´t eat pizza anymore then^^ Well about anime in general. It all started of course as a kid. Back in the times of pokemon, dbz, digimon and all the other stuff that was playing on regular TV. When i was a teenager i started watching different anime in the internet with original language, which was alot better. I´ve watched alot of naruto back then. Also things like Elfen Lied, Claymore, Gantz, Ergo Proxy BUT never anything romatic of course. That would have been embarassing . So basically i stopped watching anime at least for 5-7 years now i think, and i rediscovered anime last week again. I dont know why i started watching but i´ve seen Shoujo Sect, and after that Strawberry Panic and then i kinda fell for the genre^^ Then came Simoun and Marimite. And SERIOUSLY Marimite..... what a nice show. It really makes my soul happy watching something charming and cute like Marimite. After that, I realized I don't like yaoi that much and prefer yuri. | Hello, everyone. I'm an 18-year-old male from Texas who first got into anime after watching Gurren Lagann. I've come here because I obviously have a strong liking for yuri/shoujo ai. The first GL I've ever picked up was Citrus. Since then, I've gotten into more GL stuff such as Aoi Hana, Octave, etc. to satiate my newfound taste in the genre. Octave in particular is my favorite yuri manga of all. I do happen to like girl x girl action in a fetishistic manner of course, being attracted to females myself. But I also like them from an emotional and romantic standpoint, as well as their tendency to have a sort of "cuteness" factor to them. ^^ So yeah, I hope I get to know a lot of you here. |
