Realism in One Piece

I always love to listen to the explenations creators give for the weird things in the anime/manga. In One Piece this is the best i've seen so far. What i mean is that the things that happen wouldn't be thought of as realistic, but they make it logic and realistic.
Take the zombies: at first i wondered why they put them in, but when they told you that it was done by Moria's shadow abilities it was suddenly logic, by giving an illogical explenation (wow, that deep :P).
And the bubbles where they put the strange bike-y things in. Again, their explenation was great. It was all about the air on the island.

I love that kind of explanations too, since it means the creator actually put a lot of work and thought in what he made/is still making.

That's also one of the reasons I love One Piece. No matter how different and unreal the world of One Piece is compared to ours, there is always an explanation acceptable enough. :D
