| I was gonna put this on-hold when I heard about not having a plot, but I watched the first 2 episodes anyways and OMFG IT'S HILARIOUS! screw the plot if every episode is gonna be this funny. |
| Hearing from other people, I heard the manga has more plot. The anime is more for fanservice which is saddening. I do want to see more plot development aside from the usual 'You're a Kampfer, let's fight' kind of thing. Well then again, the recent episode revealed a lot of things all in one go. |

| Hell I think this type of show is great to break things up. Sometimes it's fun just to sit back and relax to lots of fanservice and great lolz without worrying about silly things like a plot. |

| Hm, now that ever since my first post in this thread, I've caught up to episode 11 which is all that is aired so far... it wasn't really all THAT bad... There IS a plot, but I don't know how it is compare to the manga, the plot is just developed slowly. This "fan service" part... I was never a really good fan service person, but comparing this show to To-Love Ru, this is rather digestible. I don't know if it's because I watched pretty much all of the episodes nonstop, but instead of calling it fan service, it's actually only focused on swimsuit fetishes... I mean sure it's a fan service but there's not that much bra/panty shots as compare to Shuffle! .etc. However even with that being said, there are a lot of implied sexual jokes, as well as the curve-y lines of breasts... and such. I would say watch it if you're into comedy, I noticed quite a few of the jokes that came from other animes which is a big plus for my taste. Like for example, Akane said "I have a brother who told me to believe in me that believe in myself" [I think that's how it was said... but this was from Gurren Laggan, which I WHOW'ed] There were also a few others but I don't want to make this a long post where no one will read... so yea, I think it's worth watching for comedy purposes and I guess not story wise since everyone in here is dissing it. |

But that's probably just my opinion, I've been biased against purely fanservice anime taken from manga ever since R+V (shudders again). R+V was at least very silly and retarded kind of funny. But Kampfer is quite boring to watch and I find it hard to convince myself the main character is actually a guy. But then I have watched only 5 episodes. |

I am the smallest fan of fanservice, and I always end up watching the shows with almost 70% fanservice. God, don't even get me STARTED on to love-ru... |
