| I love cultural festival episodes. Koharu was hilarious as usual. Her parasite exhibition was quite impressive. She's the best. <3 It was cute to see Futaba and Hiyori fishing together. Finally, Hiyori was brave enough to touch a worm (well, almost...) Koi did a good job with the mackerel sandwich. It looks delicious! |

| Koharu going overboard with the festival was funny, especially how she didn't got the customers she wanted. Hiyori trying something else was nice and using the fish she got for the festival was nice of her, Futaba helping out was also nice. Seeing the classmates was also a nice change we didn't see much of the class after all it's just been one episode so far. |
| The classic staple of the school cultural festival, always a thing in Japanese schools. Haven't seen the moe fishing gang in a school environment, so this is a good chance for them to show off their knowledge, other than the usual things like a Japanese-style café wearing frilly clothing. Koharu though, her class is a bit more different, that her entire class practically knows fly fishing (or tenkara as is the traditional method), which is new to her. All she ever cares about is fishing, and since they're on the fishing topic her class might as well go with it. For the middle-schoolers, Futaba has stage fright, and Aiko is quite the protective Yuri character. But there is none so confident than inviting her out to fishing, and Futaba becomes the fly-fishing Sensei in front of Hiyori. Stumbling on lines or even on live bait, the relationship shared between her and Koharu is one deeply bonded through fishing, and both Hiyori and Futaba caught a few that's just nice for the cultural festival, to give Futaba the boost of confidence. Koharu's class exhibit...was even more creepy and hideous than the usual haunted room, while Hiyori's Japanese-style cafe works the usual charm. Now it's Koi's turn to do her cooking session, and these edutainment segments are easily part of the show's highlights. Aiko is so attached to Futaba lols, but Koharu...try better next time. Classic. |

| Great episode! Seems Koharu thought no one would know about fly fishing xD. Futaba was asked by her teacher to read her work in assembly lol. Aiko thought immediately of making her dress in a kimono to do so! It was nice to see Futaba and Hiyori fish together and it was quite informative also! She really is very knowledgeable despite her young age. Looking forward to the next episode! |

Her models were amazing, too bad there's hardly any customers Koi's mackerel sandwich looks delish, and Hiyori's traditional outfit was cute Futaba Hiyori bonding was sweet to watch once again, and nice to see more progression with Hiyori's fear of bugs |
| It’s not an SoL with a school setting without a cultural festival, even if it’s a fishing themed one lol, but this was a very good one, first off I love that we get to see some more of the school and the classmates, the glasses girl was cute, and I also loved Koharu’s original idea of a fish parasite exhibit, she even had the fish mouth parasite that replaces the tongue, too bad no one wanted to see it tho lol. I also loved Hiyori’s half of the episode, first fishing with Futaba but instead using a spinning reel, something I’m more used to, and I also loved Hiyori’s comment on how it’s a unique feeling just waiting for a bite, it’s definitely my favorite way to fish for sure, and it was also hilarious how Hiyori accidentally inspired Futaba to do her speech lol, and the Japanese style cafe was nice, loved Hiyori’s outfit and we got Koi’s Kitchen instead this time around which was great. Lastly I really liked Aiko this episode, it was really cute how she was so supportive of Futaba, almost reminds you of Saikawa from Dragon Maid but more contained lol. Also interesting to see a cameo from characters from Bocchi the Rock, I’ve heard of that but cool to see it here briefly lol |

| A bit of a different episode albiet a good one. It's cultural fest time and everyone is busy deciding what their class should do for it. They gave us quite a bit of information about various things in this episode. We got lots of Futaba this episode so that's always a plus, Hiyori and Futaba ended up catching lot's of fishes and Hiyori even managed to tie a worm to the hook haha, with plyers but what matters is she was able to hook it all by herself. Hiyori and Koi's class settled on a Japanese style cafe and Koharu's on a horror exhibition of different types of insects and stuff lol. Poor Koharu not many people came to see her work of art. On the other hand, Hiyori's class' exhibition got quite popular and they were out of all the Mackerel sandwiches made by Koi which meant no sandwiches for Futaba but thanks to that Hiyori and Futaba ended up making plans to go fishing again and this time Aiko will accompany them too :D Aiko chan was adorable this episode, it was cute how she was so worried about Futaba going on stage and stuff but in the end Futaba pulled through and was able to speak on stage in front of 100s of people, she's at least braver than I am, I could never. Very sweet episode overall. Today I had the opportunity to watch this episode at a different scenery and not from my room haha, I thought it will take away from my enjoyment but the episode was good as usual and I was hooked from the start. Just 2 episodes left ╥﹏╥ I'm not ready to stop receiving this weekly dose of wholesomeness, but guess what maybe this will just be replaced by Komi san next month, that's both sad and good lol. 5/5. Looking forward to next one. |

| What a great and super cozy episode, kinda wished the cultural festival lasted longer. Koharu, there are some things you should never combine, and your idea is one of them lmao. Aiko giving me a more tamer Saikawa vibes. Hiyori and Futaba's fishing session was super relaxing, love how Hiyori always manages to give Futaba courage. Hiyori looked so cute in her cafe outfit, also love how Koi stole Koharu's kitchen lmao, that was great. |

| This episode felt like a nice change of pace, with the focus on the cultural festival for our girls. I have to give praise for Koharu for how detailed her clay models were, but I can see why her "Parasite exhibition" wasn't popular at all. Still, she need nail the mad scientist outfit where I love to imagine a certain Okabe giving her a thumbs up for! ^_^ The time that Hiyori and Futaba had fishing at the same spot where Hiyori first met Koharu was cute, where Hiyori got to grips with the more traditional methods of fishing instead of her usual preferred fly-fishing and Futaba did a great job in teaching Hiyori the basics. Thank to their time fishing together, Futaba gathered the courage to read in front of her whole school during the assembly, which pleased her friend, Aiko. =) Plus, all of the mackerel that they caught proved to be popular with Hiyori's class and their Japanese-style cafe. Hiyori's outfit looked so damn cute on her, that's for sure! =3 Koi also stole Koharu's kitchen spotlight, which was funny, but the mackerel sandwich that she made for Hiyori's parents looked delicious. It's a shame that Futaba missed out on having one for herself, but she made Hiyori promise that they'll catch mackerel again in the future so that she can try out having a mackerel sandwich herself. I look forward to the next comfy episode as usual. =) |
| Man I'm gonna be so depressed when this show finishes in two weeks. This was such an adorable, relaxing experience with so much heart. Next week's episode looks like it's gonna rip my heart out if that last shot is anything to go by. |

| Amusing that the boys in Koharu's class turned out to be more knowledgeable that she thought about fishing. The café though i guess was a safe option for Hiyori's class. Hmm so Tenkara is simply a simplified version of fly fishing. Aiko really is fussing over Futaba lol. But the alone time that Futaba spent with Hiyori was pretty fun while allowing her to take her mind of that speech as well. Its pretty refreshing seeing Futaba take the role of a teacher though. Her knowledge really was impressive. The two sisters respective events sure had some contrasting audience results huh. But Hiyori really looked nice in her café outfit. Koi's kitchen while simple was a pretty nice addition to the ep. |

| One of the best episodes up to date: history of fishing techniques and applied use of spinning, Koharu's grotesque exhibition, Koi's kitchen, Futaba and Hiyori friendship development, Aiko's jealousy and noisy school festival atmosphere. I liked it a lot, almost every frame was so cute. |

| We learn about Tenkara which is rapidly rising in popularity here in the USA, and the girls show off a telescoping portable spinning rod with a rig set up for catching mackeral. If that's not enough, we get our cameo appearance by the girls from Bocchi the Rock, playing music on stage at the cultural festival! |

| Interesting to see school scenes here. It's not usual in this anime. Hiyori trying out other fishing styles is great! Expanding the knowledge can give even more material for episodes. Of course, if it weren't for the fact that this is already close to the last episode... Bocchi the Rock! making a brief and intense appearance I didn't expect. That was very interesting! I feel bad for Koharu; those parasites looked really cool. I liked it. |
