To be honest, I've watched Bakemonogatari, Nisemonogatari, Nekomonogatari and Hanamonogatari, but can't say I'm a fan of the series. The main reason I've yet to give up on it is because of Hanekawa Tsubasa.

Anyway, if you were to make your friend or whoever else watch this series, how would you describe it?

I've actually succeeded in selling it to three of my friends and they got really into it. I usually just start by spamming Renai Circulation, Platinum Disco and some other great OPs from the series when we get together and then maybe show them a couple of clips. I have to say though, the peak of the series is Second Season and Owarimonogatari, so you should check those out before you drop it.

you should have watched kizumonogatari movies after bakemonogatari. well u can do now too. also note that they are very different from rest of the series.
hanekawa gets great development in it

All i did to get my friend to watch bakehouse was just by telling him to watch bakemonogatari and that it was really good. He was like "cool sure" and he started watching it. He started it recently anyway. It was pretty easy tbh.

I just bought it from my friend and he even didn't do anything to sell it. I just saw he completed the series and loved it than I saw some clips from youtube so I wondered and started watching. I didn't like the show at the start but it started being better so I started enjoying it. I still didn't watch owarimonogatari but still I love the series

A vampire dude who tries to help these girls who are all attached to some sort of spirits. Really fun and snappy dialogue. Amazing visuals.
