What do you guys watch it on? At first i thought Japanese would fit perfectly but then i remember that in the games the characters just speak their native languages

Japanese fits better for the main characters since they speak the language in game and have the most screen time. Japanese does sound weird on some characters tho like Paul since I'm used to his English. But they don't have insane screentime like Heihachi or Jin so I would go sub on this one.

I watched sub because I wanna see dio sama and other Japanese speaking characters in Japanese. I do say that some characters like Paul sound weird. Ik Paul is voiced by jiraiya but he sounds weird. I say pick whichever you like.

I started to watch it in japanese but then I switched to english because I wanted to see the fighting scenes without reading the subs- after ep 4 I watched it in german💀

I watched it in Japanese because Jin is the main character but I wish they made a version that follows the games and has each character speaking their own language.
It would be weird and wouldn't make any sense because how the hell are they talking to each other but after all those years I'm just used to Tekken being this way.

Sub watchers, be aware Netflix uses dubtitles for this. There's even one sequence, in I think episode 5, where Heihachi is delivering a monologue while off-screen and apparently the dub just cut this dialog because when watching the sub there are just no subtitles at all until he comes back on screen again and you can see his mouth moving forcing them to have dialog.
