| Best in what exactly? in personality Physical attractiveness or something else? I always like redhead characters, especially if they are female, so I voted for Kallen, plus she has a fiery personality too. I also like fiery, brash trope-type female characters. Kallen hits the exact spot. |

| Shirley was my favorite. Kallen and C2 were far too fanservicey and obvious. Shirley went from being slightly annoying to me wondering where she was, because I wanted her and Lelouch to further their relationship. Kallen was straight annoying. She was so overly obvious with her feelings for Lelouch and played so many mindgames with it. C2 (c.c.) was fine. I felt her personality was inconsistent. Shirley was naive but in a way that was charming and added to the plot in a positive & tension building way. |

| I preferred C.C when I was younger but now as an adult I can empathize more with Shirley. Cornelia is not listed as an option but she´s pretty cool imo. |
