In case you still didn't noticed it , the Monogatari Series use an anachronical storytelling , each part going back and forth in the overall story , and representing a small piece of a giant puzzle.
It's totally normal for you to be confused.
You have to try to deduce which part goes where. (Re-watching or reading wikis may greatly help...)

If I remember correctly, The first season was not so like jumping back and forth that frequently. I remember only Kizu movies as a prequel and else everything was in order.
But from this season it is moving a lot.

I actually just finished the series less than a month ago, and all I can say is just don't expect everything to be in the right order. Pay attention to when each part is happening. In Hana, it's after graduation, some parts are before bake, and some parts are in the "present"
