What like as in the dub VA’s all had like New York accents to match the geographical setting of the anime ? I like this idea. And love how it was adopted in Azumanga daioh. One charecter has a thick Japanese kansai accent so her dub VA is like real southern sounding

it's based in Chicago though? the dub is already fantastic regardless. Changing it would undoubtedly make it worse
