Yes, this series will finally be completely released in english! No more hard-to-get low-print-run edition of the second volume, no more unreleased third volume, they're going to release all three in an omnibus, with a currently scheduled date for June 2011. Press Release: Seven Seas Announces Final Strawberry Panic Novel. Anyone else glad we'll finally be able to complete this series? :) |

I payed 80 bucks for my copy of the second volume, and a few months later they announce this! Ah well, I'm still glad Seven Seas finally decided to finish the series, I thought they'd forgotten all about it. |

Hitomi: Nagisa, remember how Miator was able to utilize helicopters? Nagisa: Yeah, but I'm not sure where you're going with this. Hitomi: What I mean is that we too have access to this technology. Nagisa: B-but I'm afraid of heights! Tamao: *puts on shades* Time to move out and kick some ass. 5 school girls. 1 helicopter. 1 action-packed yuri summer adventure coming soon to IMAX 3D. Chiyo: *slowly walks away from an explosion in the background* |

Picked up a copy a few weeks ago. Finally started reading it a few days ago, already on the second book. Fantastic stuff for Strawberry Panic fans. Also have the manga to read afterwords (but its a shame the manga was never fully completed). EDIT: Just finished last night. To anyone out there who watched the anime and enjoyed it, try out the books, they are excellent (if not a little different). |
