Yeah porbably nice story but horible arts.
It might be be done on purpose but to me it looks like child's drawing, as such i'm having hard time to get in to story of a episode.
( Currently interested in OP MC genre. Recommendations are welcomed, preferable those yet not on my list )
Anyways, I decided to give this series a shot since a friend of mine saw it awhile ago and he really enjoyed it. I love the atmosphere of this show but whoa, that puppet scared me a bit there.
Very decent start so far. It's funny they also add a little comedy with Ogin in this. Oh and she's pretty XD
Soooo the animations are really bullshit. It may should help the atmosphere but to be honest it just keeps me getting confused. Hard time to understand some scenes cause of the drawings o.o
Nice first ep sury didnt catch me as much as I hoped but oh well, I think I will continue this. Not gonna let go only for some imo bad art.
It was somewhat trippy, but I enjoyed it. Yes, one could call the story predictable, but it was fairly atmospheric. The strange animation/drawing style only contributed to this.
Ok, so, I went into this with no clue whatsoever on whatthis show might have been about, I just searched for the "horror" genre and then scrolled down a bit on the list, and I don't know what made me choose this anime over another one, but well...
This firts episode of this particular anime signs my return to the anime world, coming back from a pause of about a year.
First thing I noticed was the art.
It has the kind of artsy appeal that I really enjoy, and the atmospheres were very, very good.
The story in itself was quite dull, but the peculiar art and the strange and dark atmospheres covered that pretty well.
My favourite part of the episode were the first 10 minutes or so, until the three otherworldly guys came to the shop, from there on I thought I was witnessing to a brand new "Hell Girl" season (which I heard is coming along!! Yeah!!).
Really unique and trippy visuals, perfect match for something like this and completely elevates an otherwise average story. Interesting to see what future episodes offer. Oh, and a fantastic OP
The art style is weird but It has its own charm.
This does make me think of Hell Girl a bit so far. I wonder how if it's going to stay episodic like it.
