| I agree with 8gaugebrett. The dude is in fact a chick. But either way, the voice in the english dubs just bugs me. Oh, and the ninja guy in the thong baking in his room just cracks me up! I love that guy. |

| so why didn't anyone sleep on the blimp? it was large enough and most likely had food and water on it, there was no need to do all that treasure hunting in order to sleep in uncomfortable quarters on an abandoned ship. Also, they wouldn't have been left behind if they'd done that. liked the exercise competition the best out of the roommate skits ;) |

There was a part during the exam, when they were in the "Tower of Tricks" or whatever it was called, where Kurapica fought the guy who claimed to be from the Phantom Tribe... and took off "his" outer vest thingy. He had a seriously girly figure. Made me doubt that he was a boy. His face is pretty feminine, too. I bet he really is a girl... |

| The room hijinks in this were adorable. Actually, this whole episode was adorable. Just add dumb episodes like this for filler, not extra melodrama. (Though the extra touch with the Kurta clan wasn't bad.) I wonder if the director/writer played up Kurapika's fem-ness due to to lack of female characters to perv on... had to add in some ambiguity there for ~spice~. It'd be interesting if Kurapika was trans, but pretty sure that's debunked in the manga somewhere. |

I don't remember them discovering the wreckage of a Kurta ship... or any Kurta memorabilia, actually. Was episode 4 the first phase of the exam, when they were running up the stairs? Been ages since I watched that so my memory's not perfect. :P |

Really fucking stupid that they complained about the sun even though there was plenty of shaded places around. |

| Nice filler episode. They introduced a few minor characters too it seems. I don't remember seeing the guy with the snakes or the girl who wound up sharing his room before. Maybe I just didn't notice them. |

| I loved this episode, too funny all around and it makes me more interested in the other Hunters than our main 4. No way Kurapikachu is a girl, my trap alarm didn't go off, but I am loving his chemistry with Leoreo regardless. |

And the first one which I actually like. The other fillers before felt so artificial and not really good. |

| When I saw Kurapica for the very first time, I immediately thought that he was a girl. Learning more and more of the story of Kurapica, I am becoming more and more convinced that Kurapica is a girl who for some reason pretends to be a guy. I haven't watched the following episodes yet, so I don’t know what will happen in the future. |

| There was a very nice opportunity for some shota action, and they didn't go as far with it as they could, but they did show one small moment of foot and leg stuff. I might go ahead and boost the score back to an 8 for now. |
