| A bit tragic, but jeeze this episode did not age well. Solid storytelling though. A really wanted Harlock to bang that alien before she inevitably died though. |

| This was confusing. Why had the mazone in ice waited for Harlock, hating him for a long time? It was also bizarre how Mayu's teacher just matter-of-factly went out just to tell a little child "Oh Harlock is trapped in ice, he'll probably die soon". They really should start parking Arcadia in better places. |
| Yeah. It didn't make sense at all that she supposedly was waiting for him for a long time. The teacher bit was dumb too. Could have been decent episode but it really doesn't work. |
| That ice woman was crazy, but it proves that even Mazone are capable of feeling love. Miime saved the day this time around. |
