| So basically story about woman who is slutting around and saying sweet words. Then when they fck it up.. they find excuses. Women nowadays in a nutshell. (or "relationships" in a nutshell) everyone so prone for profit or pleasure & then toss away when convenient. Disgusting. Did she seriously gouge out her sister eye..and killed her? She didn't even get killed by end of the episode? Well.. writer guy asked for her "peace" don't know whenever that meant killing her or well.. memory wiping? -.- Not a pleasant ep. |

| Best episode so far, especially in how it exemplifies how even a single instance of destructive indulgence can beget even more misery than anyone bargained for. "Floating heads" indeed. Momosuke is still laughably pathetic though, with how utterly irrelevant he is to the outcome of any of these episodic stories. When he and Oyoshi confronted Matajuro at the bluff, neither of them—for all his shouting—even acknowledged Momosuke's presence, with them only communicating with each other. The audaciousness of Momosuke crying out "Lies!" after Matajuro revealed the woman he was so infatuated with wasn't as angelic as he perceived her as being just made it hit home. All that said, for someone who is depicted as a "coward", Momosuke perplexingly still finds the compulsive urge to get himself involved in conceivably dire scenarios he wasn't even linked to. I do wonder where the series plans on taking Momosuke's character, because I do see some potential for further development of his person. |
