DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- They can't fuse anymore because Goku doesn't have enough power anymore well I do wonder how they're going to defeat this guy now but it sure has to do something with the dragon ball appearing on Goku's forehead! |

| Looks like they decided to change the rules... iirc after fusion (DBZ) you can't refuse for about an hour. In this case (DB GT) they can fuse again but Goku lost too much energy to match Vegeta... Also, Lol @ Goku eating the 4-star dragon ball. Why didn't the guys help out though? When Gohan stopped Goten/Trunks I thought he was just gonna be like "Fuse first." but nope... I'd imagine if they fused and went SSJ3 they could of stalled for a minute... at least. I guess they teased us back in that episode when they were going to fuse. They must've never bothered to make a adult model of Gotenks... meh. |

And not what Trunks assumed It's possible that was part of it, but regardless of the time limit it surfaced that Goku was low on juice, hence him returning to his base form in the end. So I think it actually was just a matter of his power level not being high enough to match as necessary for fusion. If it was the time limit for fusion, I'd imagine they would've had Trunks mention it or Goku/Vegeta would've had a jog of memory on their own, instead of having them trying to fuse for like the whole episode. He has to be Super Saiyan 4 to do Instant Transmission unfortunately, so he kinda ran out his chance to do that unfortunately (By the end of the episode anyway). Seems like things don't particularly go the "logical" route when we want it to, lol. Guess we put too much thought/hope into it? |

No reason for that after he became small, anyway By "now", I meant ever since it was established he can do Instantaneous Movement as SSJ4. I did not mean to refer to the end of the episode, I should had used past tense |

| The name of the game this episode was trying to find a good time to fuse, and I gotta say I really liked the way the fight flowed because of that, it was a constant back and forth of exchanging blows and attempting to fuse with Omega Shenron being on the absolute offensive since he knows the danger that Gogeta poses. And even when they managed to attempt fusion, it was revealed that Goku doesn’t have enough power to do so, even reverting back to being a kid on the 2nd attempt, and supposedly Omega noticed this which is why he allowed it to happen. Well now it’s pretty much Vegeta versus Omega, and speaking of Vegeta I’m glad we got to see him fight in Super Saiyan 4 after all although a lot of it was him getting his ass beat lol, but also at the end it was revealed that Goku now has the 4 star ball in his forehead after he swallowed it (which was a hilarious scene btw), I wonder what this could mean for the last stretch. |
