Highlights include Yurie kamichu-ing her TV to change channels and the poverty god making 49,000 yen disappear. |

| that was the funniest episode in kamichu so many funny scenes - as she tightened the paper roll to turn the tv on - drooling on the table - poverty /Tama killed the new years money |

| Haha Tama getting caught by Sho is always gold. I think this and maybe Minami-ke are the only shows I would actually watch an entire episode of someone comatose under a kotatsu. |

| She spent the whole episode under the kotatsu. Still it was a good episode. Really looking forward to the next episode. It is by far the highest rated episode of Kamichu and has the most comments. It must be good. |

| got to see a new side of Yurie in this one. Not exactly flattering but definitely relatable. Actually this ep did a great job of fleshing out the entire Hitotsubashi family. Gotta love how her dad is so quintessentially dad-like and the airheadedness of mom. The two make a super cute couple. That's not something you see in most "CGDCT" anime, where parents are basically non-existent. Yet another way Kamichu sets itself apart from the crowd. |
