TW - Rape which can be sort of dub-con to some.
To start off with the MC can't remember his past, the ML lies to him and tells him they were lovers then ties up his hands and starts jacking him off, the MC says no but the ML continues. Then he rapes him even though the MC says it hurts. Once they are done the MC punches the ML and screams at him for lying to him about them being lovers because it hurt too much for him to not be a virgin.
ML didn't even prep him or act gentle with him one bit,
...
and then when the MC asks why he says that when he thought he was dead he kept regretting not having done him at least once, and then says how he should have forced himself on him even if he had to drug him, tie him up or whatever. ML literally confesses to wishing he had drugged him and raped him after just raping him.
Utter trash story DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Promotes rape, and being drugged.
