Just as a preface, this manga's "chapters" are just a single page with a up to 3 panels at most, keep that in mind.

This is a very peculiar manga/doujin that will likely be very enjoyable to a very specific subset of people.
Basically, our MC gets genderswapped and falls in love with her childhood friend - who already has a girlfriend. Meanwhile, a different male friend falls in love with the MC.

As of chapter 73, the main focus has been on the suffering of the MC and male friend #2 from suppressing their respective feelings. Meanwhile, the childhood friend stays oblivious while also actively hurting the ... MC because he distances himself from her over having become a girl - because he fears the girlfriend's jealousy.
Meanwhile, the girlfriend is a mixed bag. Sometimes she hints at actually being extremely possessive, manipulative and just really mean, however some of her actions don't fit that stereotype at all and seem friendly. So I'm unsure what she'll turn out to be. The tone of the story so far doesn't give much hope for a positive outlook though.

So, essentially I guess this is something for people who are looking for something NTR-esque with gender bender. I'm not part of that group though, so eh, far too negative for me to keep reading.
