Though once you start you wont be able to stop, I know I couldn't. I only started reading it last summer, and I read 120 chapters for 3 days. Well you totally should go for it, if you have the time ^^
This is the first time I hear of Mushoku Tensei!!!

One Piece is so great, though I started rewatching it but then stopped, though your very far away I'm still at Warship Island :L Right now I finally started the oh so famous KnY and I love it, and more into seasonals.
I only want to start YnN because of this second season, I read many complains that the manga story is fantastic and compared to what they're currently doing, there is no comparision - that's why. That sounds great, lucky you, so far I only have 5 volumes :L
I wanted to read the LN of Classroom of the Elite, just because I got a huge spoil and I hate it, so I wont comment cause I don't know how much you read ^^
I'm currently reading D.Gray-man (so you could read that, the art looks so great and the story was interesting, if you like stories with demons and exorcists, I have read that many chapters though) and Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun (it's a rom-com), though mostly catching up with ongoing manga....Hmmm All You Need Is Kill, Deadman Wonderland, Honomieru Shounen, Livingstone, Dorohedoro, Gokushufudou, Id:Invaded: #Brake-Broken, Kaijuu 8-gou, SnK (was surprise you didn't have it on your list xD), Spy x Family and Yuukoku no Moriarty...I'd write short descriptions on them, but I think I'm not so good at explaining something, so you might check the synopsis out before you dig into them xD I don't know how stand with romance, if you read a lot of it, but I saw that you had Akatsuki no Yona, so start with that, to me it's a masterpiece, though it does have a lot of drama (since it's a historical-drama :P)
