To clarify some things about my favorites list, some series have multiple entries, and instead of cluttering the list, some entries are instead representatives of themselves and other entries. Here are those and what they represent:

Anime:
-Neon Genesis Evangelion represents both the TV series and End of Evangelion
-Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu represents the first and third movies, the main OVA series and the two gaiden seasons
-3-gatsu no Lion represents both seasons of the anime
-Kill la Kill represents the original show and it's special
-Mob Psycho 100 represents all seasons of the anime and all its OVAs
-K-On! represents both seasons, both OVAs and the movie

Manga:
-One Piece represents itself and One Piece: Strong World (AKA Chapter 0)
-Uzumaki represents itself and Uzumaki Tokubetsu-hen: Ginga
-Hunter x Hunter represents itself and the Kurapika's Memories oneshot
-Tomie represents the entire Junji Ito Horror Manga Collection series, the Voices in the Dark series, Junji Ito's Cat Diary: Yon & Mu, Souichi Possessed, Fashion Model: Cursed Frame, Ito Junji Kenkyuu: Horror no Shinen kara, Tomie: Takeover, and Tomie: Control
