As for anime, I'll be watching Digimon Ghost Game until the new Fafner and Tsukihime come out.
Speaking of Digimon, I'm glad that Namco Bandai is this close to releasing Digimon Survive this summer.
On the other hand, I see myself reading more manga than binge-watching of anime this year. Yes, I plan on completing Digimon V-Tamers and Kurogane no Linebarrel this year. Though I do plan on watching the entire Tenchi OVA universe or Ryo-Ohki.
Anyway, Zegapain or Kana Hanazawa's first anime role is about a high school boy trying to lead a successful swim club suddenly going into this real world being all post-apocalyptic after being completely demolished by these aliens called Gards-orm. In that post-apocalyptic Japan, the boy meets new friends and had agreed to save the world.
Sounds like The Matrix and the story sounds a little confusing, but it sure has depth or originality, unlike isekai light novels. Original anime is something that you don't see everyday.
Kana Hanazawa played as Kyo's childhood friend. I also love the fact that the 30 year-old Ayako Kawasumi was the voice of Shizuno Misaki at the time she played as Saber and Atoli.
Yes, that girl known through Outlaw Star, Gatekeepers and GTO (her Tomoko Nomura voice was really cute) is now a veteran VA.

well it's pretty lengthy but very very very very amusing! you just flip one page after the other wanting to know what happens next!
The story is set in this kinda other world but in the past, they're like in the.. 15th century? or something? they don't exactly set a date but the way they live and the way they dress lead you to think that. They have knights, lords, kings.. etc
anyways, in this world summer and winter could take years to end, like for example a one summer could last for as long as 7-8 years and then they have a short autumn and then a long ass winter comes along.
the story is very complicated.. and I really don't want to spoil anything XD
I mean the series is supposed to have 7 books (only 5 are out) and each is at least 800 pages long XD
I'm still at the second book but I'm highly amused <3
it's ok but boring :( I'm having a sever art-block case that is driving me crazy OTL oh and I'm reading this book "Game of Thrones" 0 - 0 this is a must a read if you're into reading :D
