Parking Wars on A&E is about the only reality TV show that I'll watch. I love that guy, Ponytail! He tells it like it is - and this is coming from someone who used to get
lots of speeding and parking tickets. But it was always my fault, so what can I say? I feel for people who are in a grey area and get a ticket, but that's seldom the case. Most of us are 100% dead wrong when we get caught and then we get pissed at the person who catches us. "I didn't see the sign" or "It's been years since I took drivers ed" is
not a legit excuse, folks. Man up! Take your medicine and pay your ticket.
BTW, the funniest episode of Parking Wars was when they came to impound the car of this woman, who was pretty much a midget, because she owed like $1000+ in unpaid tickets. She went nuts and started pushing the officers. Then she jumped in the car and tried to run over them to get out of having the car towed. That's been a couple of seasons ago and I always wondered if they ever caught and charged her. Her face was clearly visible (and well, she was a midget/dwarf) so how hard would she be to find??? :dunno: She was one of those people you'd like to see get the ol' Precinct 14 beatdown.
I shit you not. The next time I'm in Detroit and have some time, I'm going to do my best to get Ponytail's autograph. :yesyes:
