I was checking out the topic you posted about recommendations. It is difficult for me to recommend something, because you have seen everything that I thought you would like xD Good taste in anime I guess??

My friends have been telling me to watch Full Metal Panic! and Nurarihyon no Mago, more so FMP though. I heard that it has a little bit of everything- romance, action, comedy, etc.

I'm currently watching, Kill la Kill, Samurai Flamenco, Kyousou Giga (TV), Monogatari Series: Second Season, and Golden Time. Out of all the shows this season, I can't recommend checking out Kill la Kill enough. I smile each episode. Kill la Kill is made by people who used to work at Studio Gainax and now they work at Trigger. People at Gainax made Evangelion. Here's a trailer:

I don't really have a favorite genre as I appreciate different shows. I usually say, "As long as it's good then I'll watch it." I do like coming of age stories and series that don't take themselves too seriously. I like many works from studio Gainax, Trigger, Sunrise, and IG.

Some of my favorite series are in my 10s and 9s on my list but the ones that really stand out are Evangelion, Eureka Seven, Monster, Mushishi, and Gankutsuou.

Though I have a mini explanation next to each series on my list I can fully explain any series in detail if you wish. A few other series I really like are:
-FLCL
-Welcome to the NHK
-5 cm per Second
-Baka to Test
-Black Lagoon
-Berserk
-Code Geass
-Spice and Wolf
-Deathnote
-Cowboy Bebop

If you like the Fate series so much I suggest watching Kara no Kyoukai as it's made by the same people. It's a seven part movie series. The animation is fantastic, the music is haunting, and the story is quite dark.

You might like Gurren Lagann. It's show made by Gainax and it's all about the willpower and spirit of humanity. It's a feel good show that makes a lot of people happy. I watch both dubs and subs but for this case I recommend watching this show subbed it you can.

Hey there! I saw your post in the Uber Club and I also see that you're new here.

If you have any questions I can help answer them or help point you in the right direction. If you're looking for some entertaining series help with that too. Also, I love to talk about various episodes, themes, characters, etc so if you ever want to discuss something then I'm all ears. Lastly, if you know any great shows then share em' with me. Hahaha! I'm always looking for fresh experiences to broaden my horizon. :)

So, what anime are you enjoying now?
Is there anything you're looking forward to or you're specifically interested in?

Definitely, I started on the original Gundam not too long ago it's been good so far but I only started it because I plan to watch all the U.C Gundam and I heard Zeta and Unicorn are the best in U.C.
RX-782 Jul 30, 2013 11:28 PM
Your list lacks Gundam.

Ah, nice! I'd like to see more detailed mecha war/military anime, but "boring" stuff like tactics and politics and military jargon seem to be always be brushed over. :l I understand it's harder on the writers (who probably have no experience with the battle), but some people actually like the technical stuff~

Hehe, after you make a comment on someone's profile, as long at you stay on the page (don't click on links, go back/forward, or refresh), you can edit your post. :)

Cool! I'll find time to watch Eureka Seven then. I'm slowly branching out to other mecha series. Mecha is so great. =_= I was going to find the article I read once about how the Japanese military was going to start using mecha suits, but all I can find ATM are cheap mobile suits for kids that don't even do anything. Oh well. v_v

Hello! I noticed you're new to the site. :) If you need help or are bored, you can always talk to me~

How is Eureka Seven, BTW? You obviously enjoy it. I'd like to watch it, but Gundam always seems to be getting in the way...
