Salaryman ga Isekai ni Ittara Shitennou ni Natta Hanashi

This show was amazing and revolutionary. The business and methodology aspect of this show really introduces what goes into developing and managing a country well.

There were multiple instances through out the show where there was cleaver story building from start to end. A majority of the characters had viable motivation that pushed the story forward making them more three-dimensional. The world building was on another level because the watchers were given a chance to imagine the details of the world and gives reason for Uchimura to think the way he thinks.

Despite the fact that praises are being sung, there are a two miniscule problems that ... reside in the show as well. One, is the animation quality was 6/10 mostly because the characters movements felt unreal or just wierd; but this was the same for a lot of the life forms displayed in the show. And two, most of the side and background characters are two dimensional and are sometimes bland and non-exicting.

As others have pointed out, this anime has some similarities to "How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom", but it still feels unique. Aside from a few unnecessary clichés, nothing seems directly copied—at least from other anime; I can't speak for the manga.

Like "Realist Hero", some of the challenges were fairly obvious, but Uchimura managed to solve them faster and with less information. He successfully applied real-world business strategies, which, being more advanced than those of a medieval fantasy world, helped him improve the country and its surroundings.

While I rated "Realist Hero" an 8/10 (rounded up from 7.5), this anime barely ... made it to a 7/10. Uchimura’s portrayal and his “PTSD” from toxic work culture were handled well, but everything else was just average, with below-average voice acting.

The only thing you'll remember about this show is Ulmandra's upper half

The art is meh, the story is contrived to create situations in which the protagonist's skillset is useful, none of the characters are particularly interesting. If you want turn-your-brain-off-to-kill-time material I suppose this will do, but if you want some meat on the bone you won't find any here.

The interface is demanding I add more detail but what detail is there to add without spoilers? Seriously, the only thing you're going to remember about this one is Ulmandra's upper half. I'm sure this show is similar to something else I've seen that also isn't ... even slightly memorable.
