I am fairly surprised of how entertaining Boruto is and I really love how laid back this anime is. Boruto is a very popular anime presumely because of its predecessor anime series, Naruto. It is a bit sad that people leave negative comments about this show because they are impatient of the show's pace and story direction. Boruto is actually a good show with great humor, action, friendship. etc. Yes, it is slow paced but it builds good character development and all the necessary for a great show. I like how I can come out excitedly to watch Boruto every week without feeling addicted on it everytime, (I personally love the pacing).

One thing about Boruto anime series that I like is that it gives some moments/ screen time for 'old characters' from Naruto to speak their mind and have their moments. We get to watch the old characters as adult and how the interact with their future generation. I guess these moments are what the 'loyal' fans come for.

That being said, watching Boruto without prior knowledge about Naruto would be hard i times and some research/ finding out needs to be done when questions regarding the past is raised. No harm in doing some googling.

All in all, Boruto is a great series, even for adult. I would recommend it, just give in a chance to grow! :)
