all the performances in the finale were so good what the hell

Honestly I was pretty indifferent about haruki x aki but the last scene had me :sobs: Their story was actually handled really well. I really like ugetsu too. also mafuyu's song was great as always I cry

What's with given and two of its couples having sa scenes?? At least with akihito and haruki, it didn't actually happen but with these two, I fear I can't let this go by/sweats. I really do get why shizu did that but it still left me feeling uncomfortable. Best thing about this is that it had more ue and mafuyu, I love them <3

Genuinely the best show ever /not joking. Down to the mysteries, the character interactions and all the relationships between the characters. Oreki's slow but consistent development from one episode to another was seriously so well thought out. And not just oreki but the rest of the kotenbu members and even the minor side characters were so fucking well written it's crazy. "Was this how Satoshi felt back then?" line in the finale had me DEAD. also also yonezawa is so good at writing subtle romance what the hell. All these combined with kyoani's magic was just <3 no matter what kind of life you have, grey colored or rose colored or even a full blown pink, hyouka is a must watch for everyone
