Therefore saving the animated series from the adaptation decay fest it currently is in, (courtesy of Froth-Bite):

"And so, the legendary Gandalfr slew the hordes of undead with his mighty blade Derfflinger, forever freeing the land of Tristein from the conjuror’s curse. For his reward, he asked only for the hand of Princess Henrietta. Her Highness eagerly agreed and all across the land festivities were held for an entire week, for his popularity among the people was immense. As the sun dawned on the last night of the celebrations, the guardian of the land, Freyja, could slip into her eternal slumber, for she knew that the fate of Tristein was in capable hands. Although the Phoenix may turn to ashes and be reborn twenty-fold, the people of Tristein would never forget the valor of these brave heroes. Their names were inscribed on every doorpost and wall and statues of their likeness were placed in every courtyard. For the peace that this land had so long sought had finally come.

But what became of the mighty warrior’s companions? As for the wizardess Louise Françoise de La Baume Le Blanc de La Vallière, the Master of the Void, she was so distraught by the recent events she broke her magical staff and entered a convent, where she remains until this day. Peasants from all over East Tristein come to her for healing, for it is rumored that the mere touch of her hands upon the injured can cure any ailment, although this author has never confirmed it. The years past, but she never aged. After ten generations had gone by, Louise left the convent and crossed the great ocean, pursing an artifact that was rumored to let her pass on into the wheel of rebirth.

The magical chevalier of wind, Tabitha, took what she had learned from this adventure and brought it back to her homeland, where she slayed her uncle and assumed the throne. Although it took time, the name of the House of Orléans was eventually restored to honor among the people of Gallia. Her Highness would eventually fall in battle, defending her land from their rivals the trolls—just as a proper Gallian Queen should.

As for the thief Siesta, she returned to her hamlet of Tarbes, where she married the son of the blacksmith, had three children, and lived a peaceful life for a time. But soon after her husband died, the urge to once again see the world came upon her and so she left. She was last seen passing through the Alpine Mountains towards the kingdom of Romalia.

As for the Kirche and Guiche, let us not speak. For the cost of the final battle was dear and although the flames of their souls were snuffed out on that fateful day, their legend lives on in the hearts of the people. But as times passes, even that too will be forgotten and their deeds will fade into the unwritten record of history. There were those, however, such as Montmorency who refused to believe, as their bodies were never found, having been consumed by the Lich King’s necromancy. Still she waited in her villa for the return of her faithful love for the fulfillment of the promise, which even death could not undo. She died alone with no one to care for her body.

As for Gandalfr and Princess Henrietta, they lived a pleasant life, protecting their kingdom from threats both within and without and siring many a fine heir. But their tale was a sad one, for Henrietta was not immune to the effects of time as Gandalfr was; he had chosen to have happiness for but a brief moment. Her death soured Gandalfr greatly, who soon afterwards abandoned his kingdom and went off to break this eternal cycle once and for all and find a way back to his world.

It is said that he would eventually meet up with his former master, Louise, across the great sea. There, the two would battle nonstop for six days, as the prophecy dictated. Although Gandalfr would eventually stab Louise in the breast, her last spell would sap his life. And so the cycle would once again start anew. They will be reborn when there is a need. Until the last sand of time turn into ashes, they will be reborn. Although their souls may travel across worlds, fate will bring them together once more and their history will unfold just as the prophecy states."

Sound the Taps people, for the Yuuno x Nanoha ship has finally been canonically sunk by ViVid and the C67 Sound Stage. The mighty 300 has stood against the Legion for so long. Though their efforts were brave, they were no match for the sheer Legion. Today, of all days, the last of 300 shall mourn from this news.

Actually, you know what? Screw pairings. Let me enjoy the series without having to worry about flame wars.

The series is about friendship and families anyway.
