Anime of the year 2017-2019
Format is roughly the same each year but I change it a bit if I want to add something in particular or if I don't have an entry for one of the categories. I only add anime I actually watched in that year so it's still somewhat fresh in my mind and easy to compare. eg. If I watch a 2017 anime in 2020 that deserved to be in the anime of the year 2017, I'll add it in the honourable mentions or just not at all. I might redo them all one day though and add every year, though I forget a lot details about the anime I've seen so I'm hesitant to make all the years.
