I have seen some pretty incredible shows over the span of my time watching anime. I have laughed, I have cried and sometimes even died inside. Through thick and thin anime has really given me something to enjoy in my spare time which I am entirely grateful for. So here are my My Top 10 Favorite Anime of All time ^-^.

10. Prison School
Prison School is a show that really just blew me away. I normally found myself rolling along the floor dying of laughter at the crude and uncanny jokes in the show. This was a show that I could just come home and watch after having a shitty day and just laugh myself back to happiness. Even though I had read the manga before hand the anime was perfectly executed and I cannot await the second season.

9. The Disappearance Of Haruhi Suzumiya
There is only one way I can describe this movie. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. After just completing the first and second season of Haruhi I came into the movie expecting a light hearted comedy like the Haruhi I was used to. What I got instead was a greatly directed movie that really just drew me in and had me on the edge of my seat for nearly the whole movie. Definitely a recommended show if you have watched the original.

8. Steins;Gate
I had heard so much negative things about the start to Steins;Gate. Everyone was complaining that it was slow and very boring but I think that the first half of the show was just as much as a joy as the second half was. Other than the start this show was an absolutely beautiful one and had me thinking about what would happen next. I am really happy that I trusted my instincts and gave this show a chance.

7. Sakurasou No Pet Na Kanojo
I was at a pretty depressing time in my life when a friend recommended that I watch this show so I could cheer up. Oh boy am I glad I listened. The art of this show is just beautiful and vibrant and the characters can also feel very relatable. I absolutely adored Shiina as I felt as if I could relate to her a little as I always stay up all night to get my job done and I am very clumsy and lazy. The show also gave me one of the most heartwarming endings I have seen in a while and even put a couple of tears in my eyes.

6. SNAFU
I was recommended SNAFU by a friend because I am a sucker when it comes to the genre of romance. I gave it a go and I have never come across a show were all the characters are amazing and even somewhat relatable. I loved the way that Hikigaya saw the world from his own loner perspective while Yui was the more cheerful and friendly type which was more the opposite of Hikigaya. I loved seeing the characters develop their relationships with one another and I really hope there is a season 2.

5. Darker Than Black
Darker Than Black was the second anime I ever watched and ultimately is what got me into watching anime frequently. I loved the ideas of superhumans with superpowers and I also loved watching the relationship between Hei and Yin develop. The action in this show was intense and pretty much is what got me to where I am today in terms of watching anime.

4. Death Parade
Death Parade was a show that took me by complete surprise. When I saw it was announced I got a little hyped and it was great to see my hype was lived up to. This show in my opinion has on of the most beautifully directed stories and features one of the most heartwarming scenes I have ever seen in my life. To accompany this was one of the greatest opening I have ever heard in my life, this op stuck with me for a while. EVERYBODY PUT YOUR HANDS UP!

3. Durarara!!
The idea of gangs didn't really appeal to me when I saw the plot of Durarara but I decided I may as well give it a shot anyway. Its good to see even I can prove myself wrong. This show had some incredibly solid writing and had a large variety of likeable characters. Even the main character who seemed so innocent at first turned into and eventual badass. Not to mention that both the opening for the first season are awesome!

2. Angel Beats
Surprisingly the third show I ever watched I had heard such great things about this show so I though, why not? After the first episode I knew I was going to like this show. The show just drew me in with its great characters and absolutely beautiful opening. The show was an absolute thrill ride. I loved seeing the relationship between Otonashi and Kanade develop. And that ending.... One of the most tearjerking and saddest endings I have seen. ;-;

1. Toradora!
Onto my favorite show all time. This show just had me hooked straight from the get go. I binged watched all 26 episodes in a day and when I finished I just felt empty inside. I didn't really know what to do after such a fantastic show. I like a majority of the characters and always loved shipping them together. I always loved shipping Ryuuji x Taiga and Minorin x Kitamura. The writing was solid and both of the opening were really catchy. The last few episodes of the show just really built me up with feels. I definitely reccomend this to people who love the RomCom genre as it is an absolute masterpiece. I will definately rewatch this for a fourth time.

Thanks for reading my first ever blog! I hope to make more in the future ^-^
