My Day of Shopping!

Today I went to 42nd Street/Bryant Park for Christmas shopping with my parents. We walked out of the subway entrance....it was freezing and raining and the bottom of my pants, shoes and socks are wet! First we went to Book-Off, and we went to the 2nd floor and I saw manga around. And I was floored to see that all of these Japanese manga are used and cost $1-$3! You can buy 20 manga for half the price of a regular Japanese bookstore. I brought Saint Dragon Girl Vols 1-3, Tenshi Nanka ja Nai Vols 7-8, Tokimeki Tonight Vols 6, 15, 17, 18, 22 and Oshite Nanoka Vols. 1-2; though I have to put back some of the manga (Saint Dragon Girl Vols. 4-7 and Kanshaku Dama no Yuutsu). T_T But then when was about to put the manga I don't want back from the shelf, I found out that my mom already paid for the first manga! So we added the others.

Then we went to Burger King. I ordered a Bacon Double Homestyle Melt, my mom ordered a chicken sandwich, and my dad ordered a Double Whopper with Cheese.

And we also went to Kinokuniya. Something weird happened today while we were at KiKun. My feet are totally wet from the rain, so I took both my shoes and socks off, put the socks on a desk full of manga and walked barefoot because I don't have rain boots! That girl (thank God I didn't see her) who was looking around, has that weird look on her face. I was embarrassed because I didn't know what happened until I realized it. And no, I didn't buy the rest of the manga. I was about to, but my mom refused. (groans)

Then we went home....we were tired.

Whew.....what a day!!!
