Getting some sleep
Sleep is essential for everybody. If you are sleep-deprived, you might end up doing things the wrong way.
Just like me. These days, I'm not getting much sleep. Not that I'm studying, but because I'm watching too much anime. What an irresponsible child. X(
Well, people, especially children and students, should get sleep as much as they can. Because sleeping less or not sleeping at all might lead to some health problems.
