Kiseki no Niji, the Rainbow of Miracles
Anime Relations: Kuroko no Basket, Kuroko no Basket 2nd Season
Why is Kuroko's hair blue while Aomine's is black?
All the other characters have the correctly-colored hair:
Ryōta Kise (黄瀬 涼太) : 黄 (ki) = yellow
Shintarō Midorima (緑間 真太郎) : 緑 (midori) = green
Atsushi Murasakibara (紫原敦) : 紫 (murasaki) = purple
Seijuro Akashi (赤司 征十郎) : 赤 (aka) = red
And yes, even that other "member" has the matching hair color:
Satsuki Momoi (桃井さつき): 桃 (momo) = peach
Kuroko and Aomine have apparently swapped their hairdos. But I don't mind. They look better that way. Maybe a name swap would've been better?

Oh, botchan!
Anime Relations: Kuroshitsuji
I finished rewatching Kuroshitsuji season 1 last night. It was the first time I'd seen it since it first aired. Apparently I had missed a few things and remembered a thing here and there incorrectly, as it happens. But, most importantly, as Ciel and Sebastian were
It's why I will always hold Ciel Phantomhive, (Jouou no Banken), as my favorite anime character of ever. (And those gorgeous stockinged legs and short shorts are more than a little enchanting!)

Most unusual anime I've seen
Anime Relations: Shinreigari, Bakemonogatari, Arakawa Under the Bridge, C: The Money of Soul and Possibility Control, Katte ni Kaizou, Mawaru Penguindrum, Nisemonogatari, Tsuritama
This entry is a constantly-evolving list of the most unusual, weird, unique, or otherwise indescribable anime I've seen. Many of them are considered "standards" for such a list, but hopefully there will be a few as well that you would not expect.
As I said, I'll add more as I watch more. Any you'd recommend?
- Bakemonogatari -- Doesn't this have to top the list? I mean, really. Nothing compares with this one. Not a split second of this anime is without wit. Araragi's quick-paced banter with himself, the viewer, or one of the several girls in his un-harem is my favorite part, but I have to admit that I am really fond of Hachikuji as well. The long-running gag where Araragi sneaks up to molest her and she intentionally mispronounces his name is so much funnier than it sounds when I describe it. And for fans of tsundere girls, there's the epitome of tsundere, Senjougahara! Have your finger ready to pause... a lot.
- Nisimonogatari -- If you couldn't guess, it's the sequel. I can't say that it's quite as good as the first, and the story is a little more plot-driven, whereas Bakemonogatari was definitely character-driven -- how I prefer stories of all types of media. Still, it definitely ranks on the list of unusual anime. Once again, have your remote handy for the pause button if you plan to catch everything.
- C: The Money of Soul and the Possibility of Control -- So, you like money do you? Do you like money enough to stake your future on it? Yes, your future. Which is to say... Battle it out with another guy who likes money just as much as you, and your bank balance is your strength in battle. You lose the battle, your future changes for the worse.
- Ghost Hound -- I tried to watch this one shortly after I first started watching anime, and it just didn't appeal to me. I'm not sure why, but I know that I didn't give it the time it needed to really sink its teeth into me. Once I got into it, I watched episode after episode, finishing the entire series in about 20 hours. This one is so unique, the only way I can describe it is A ghost story, told by a neuropsychologist who frequently enjoys hallucinogenics. If you care enough to follow the science behind it, you'd better at least keep Wikipedia open. If you can accept that the science will go over your head and you're ok with that, then don't worry about it.
- Mawaru Penguindrum -- There were parts that were pretty standard for slice of life anime, and parts that were standard for fantasy anime, but what's strange is that there was a third part consisting of magical realism, which is not uncommon in written fiction, but rare on screen.
- Arakawa Under the Bridge -- I've seen only some of this one, but most people who've seen it would definitely call it one of the most unusual on their list.
- Katte ni Kaizou -- You think it's going to be just another school life series, but it's too screwball for that. Consider that the main character thinks that, years ago when he had an accident, his friend replaced him with a cyborg that looked exactly like him and that he's been a cyborg since that day. It gets only more bizarre (and at times gloriously ecchi -- but not in a way that most guys would appreciate) from there.
- Tsuritama -- First, it's teen boys fishing. And then there's the duck lover. Oh, did I mention that at least two characters are aliens?
As I said, I'll add more as I watch more. Any you'd recommend?
