This week I'm going on holiday, as well as the Anime Convention in London. I hope to see a few people on MAL there but I shouldn't get my hopes up high.

I looked at the NY Times Manga bestseller list and saw that Alice In Kingdom Of Hearts is at no.10 which is amazing because I love that series. I also saw that Manga series Kaiyorihito has been cancelled because of Copyright issues or something, why do people have to do that.

I am currently designing a DVD case for the Deathnote series for my Graphics Project, and I am finding difficult to design it right. If anyone comments then please tell me what you think should be a cool design (I won't directly use your ideas, i'll just adapt them). Recently I have been reading the whole series again and the ideas swimming through my head won't seem to come together in a good way so any ideas welcome.

By the way I recommend reading and/or watching Occult series to get you in the Halloween mood *giggles* in other words Deathnote!

I have noticed my blog should really be in the review section then in the blog section so i'm changing the format of my blog again. It will obviously be about Manga and Anime but it will be from my point of view.

This week i'm starting to get into anime about music I am just obsessed with Detroit Metal City (I know I know it's a Manga series) but it is amazing to read.

In other news on the NY times Manga bestseller list Naruto is at the top again, I am quite annoyed that Naruto continually stays at the top of most Anime and Manga lists, I know that it is an amazing series but c'mon it's not that great. Also second on the list is Black Bird vol.6 which is a favourite series of mine.

And congratulations to the winners at the 15th Animation Kobe awards you are all awesome.

In this entry I will review Alice in the country of hearts, an amazing and funny portrayal of the original Alice in Wonderland story.

The story of this series is very different from the original, yes it is still set in Wonderland and yes the main protoganist is called Alice but this series gives a new insight into the wonderful world of Wonderland. Wonderland is at war and almost every man loves Alice (but each in their own wierd way), but Alice just wants to get home and the only way she can is by socialising with others.

Alice who is jealous of her beautiful older sister gets her wish when every man in Wonderland is in love with this causes problems for her quest to get home, but every man usually has a dangerous secret which Alice isn't always unaware of.

The art is pretty average and can sometimes be topsy-turvy to me but it is well laid out.

Overall I love this book the story is excellent and the characters have depth and are instantly lovable but it's all up to you ^^.

By the way i'm going to an anime convention in London I hope to see some fellow MAL users there (not expecting many) and I'm going as Misa Amane of course.

The manga that i'm going to talk about this week is Aria which i have just brought, i don't know if anyone has read it but it is fantastic, a light read and an amazing sequel to Aqua.

Aria is such a light read that to most people it would most likely be a bore but not to me, it has great artwork and some funny stories, this volume is made up of 5 different stories which help give a insight into the wonderful world of newly terra-formed Mars (now named Aqua) which we see through the eyes of gondolier Akari Mizunashi.

In my opinion Aria is a brilliant read, it is so laid-back that there are no enemies, no bad guys nothing thats evil which is good if you have been reading hard core manga like Naruto or Bleach.

Recently i have been saying loads of rubbish in my blog now i've realised what i'm going to say, i'm going to say about my opinion on one manga volume and one anime episode and also i will say my opinion on certain anime and manga news.

Also i got two new volumes of Manga, Aria vol.1 which is fantastic and a must read (i will say my opinion next week) and Alice In The kingdom Of Hearts which i haven't finished yet. The blog will be short this week but next week it's business as usual. Until next time have a awesome week ^^ xx
