There are currently 1025 Pokémon on the Pokédex. Out of the 1025, there are only 261 approved in MAL's DB because MAL's Character DB has limitations (check: Character & People DB Guidelines). Pokémon will only be added "If they have a significant role in the plot." 🙄
Note/Disclaimer:
Club is a work in progress (WIP). I couldn't find a club with all the Pokémon added in MAL's DB on their sidebars so here's one. Every Pokémon available in MAL's DB are listed on this club's 'Character Relations' sidebar. Anime and manga related to the Pokémon franchise are also listed on the sidebar for easier navigation.
Trainers and other human characters are not included as this will serve as MAL's Pokédex of sorts.

OP/ED & OST Guide - Listening guides in consideration
After a little more digging, I discovered another Pokemon that was added under a oddly specific name, but more surprisingly I discovered two Pokemon that are back from the dead (previously deleted)!
