Everybody loves him for his nuance, he is considered as one of the best villains. You would unknowingly cheer for him since Araki gave him more than enough screen time to be a relevant character. He is at the same time menacing, beautiful and majestic. His eccentricity is adoring, weirdness is a beauty. That is why he is another A villain that did nothing wrong, which is the highest of the villain hierarchy.
