Perhaps this is the signal of the start of gains in mental strengths rather than physical, no more transformations, no more emotionally motivated power burst, just knopwledge and intelligence....or maybe not
Behold of my awesomeness~

renders said: anyone else noticed how much bleach ripped off yu yu hakusho?
yeah, so much.. just like Naruto ripped off Hunter X Hunter.. I know it now that Togashi is a legend..
Nice episode, that Kaito got owned by Kurama's mentality.. And Kurama would have to be quite confident to use that strategy..
I think with this arc we will see that YYH's world of power is more larger ( maybe this time Togashi was starting to develops "Nen" ) , quite sad that no one of 4 main characters have non-battle power like this ( same with at HXH ) ...
"The Slave is the have-not, the oppressed one with nothing to spare.
But because the Slave is in that despairing situation, having nothing, it can kill the Emperor !"
Dam that was an interesting mind game. I spotted the part when Kurama said hot in japanese before the rewind was even needed cause of my basic japanese lessons hehe.
OH MY GOD!! "the artist who designs this house"??? Some upcoming bigshot!
Architecture blueprint!!!!!!!!! I just wish all this arc happens in just one house and it will expand like a maze, and more and more weird features will be added. That would make it one of the most awesome edifice in anime (it already is kinda awesome, love the decor and color scheme so fukking much), maybe rivaling the Ogawa Apartment.
Oh pls, I'm still holding out my hopes!
That was really fun. Fitting way for them all to slip up and lose their souls too. The battle was engaging to watch and that episode had some great moments for the cast. Nice way to change the pace right after dark tournament. I especially really liked when Koenma started to shout out all the letters they weren't allowed to say early on and when Hiei got all flustered after Kuwabara blamed him for everything happening. Always great to see when Hiei's emotions crack through his touch exterior.
This episode was pretty cool, reminded me of the Riddler in Batman. It was weird to see the localization of this, though, as they kept the hiragana in and just said English letters instead. I guess that's all you can do really.
For like 10 years i've been trying to watch YYH and then not really committing to it because of people i know telling me that it becomes trash and unwatchable after the Dark Tournament, and here i am enjoying this mini arc more than the whole Tournament lol
This I feel is the most creative in terms of fights in the show. It's not a physical fight but a battle of wits, god I was at the edge of my seat it was so tense and I was enjoying every minute of it. Kaito probably wasn't expecting that silly face from Kurama though I feel that laugh was more an overconfident: "Haha, I win!" sort of laugh before he lost his soul than involuntary one. So far I'm liking this mini-arc it's quite interesting.
Great episode! I wasn't surprised we wouldn't be able to see what Kurama looked like when he made a face. Whatever it was, it's hilarious indeed. I was laughing even though I only saw the back of Kurama.
She got him back. If you understand the characters well enough, you'd know she did!
Best episode in a looooong time and probably the best showcase of Kurama, down to his "I already planted some stuff before you noticed it"-thing but I would like to know why he didn't got rid of the other guy, I guess they have to let him show his power too lol
Yuusuke looked like he got signed up for a photoshoot he didn't wanted xD
Man, Kurama's so frickin' cool. I always look forward to his confrontations the most 'cause i love the way he goes about them in a calculated, tactical manner. I think he might be my favorite character in this show.
