I don't celebrate it. At the same time I have zero issues with saying Merry Christmas and I wouldn't be against it if someone invited me to a Christmas party. Christmas in it's modern day practice has absolutely nothing to do with either Paganism or Christianity. For vast majority of people it's just a good time to take holidays and spend time with your friends and family. The religious symbolism behind Christmas is just a history note at this point no one I've come across IRL seems to care about it or take it seriously, so I don't care about it either.
