It says I watched all of some series. But with manga adaptations I usually skip the episodes that are full fillers. So for Naruto that's like over a hundred episodes.
There's no way to indicate this on the list itself, but for Naruto + Shippuden I'm watching the Chinese dub which wasn't easy to get access to.
My most controversial opinion is that Thunderbolt Fantasy should be listed on MAL
