Well the order of Kenshin is a bit weird but here is some guides imo
Best way to experience Kenshin
_Watch Trust and Betrayal OVA and read the manga.
Second Best Way to expereince Kenshin
_Watch Trust and Betrayal OVA then the actual anime up to episode 62 then read the manga for the last arc.
and really stay away from the fillers they are really really bad like atrocious.
I am voting for option 1 since that is how I experienced kenshin first that way I just watched the anime as well because I like kenshin hahaha ~
