Heh, another baka (word for mentally disabled person in chinese, if you weren't cultured enough to know) that fell for the idea of a rating philosophy. I for one am too intellectually sound to be fooled into such belief. For all we know, rating anime could very well trigger all weaboo faggots rendering that 'pretentious rating philosophy' of yours worthless.
