(basically an extended summary of what works in the series exist (around 50!), I started adding but maybe you'd be interested as well since there's a lot of them)
1) For Honnou Switch, at a glance it seems like that entry should be updated. The 8th volume may have originally been announced as the final, leading to the current entry.
2) It looks like it doesn't have a defined demographic. The mag website and jp wiki don't seem to indicate one either (eng wiki says seinen but it's less trustworthy imo)
