I know I have to watch Monster, I'd rather watch it when I have the time to without worrying about other shows (my on hold list needs to get shorter) or school. Code Geass I have only seen some of, I got a physical copy but the quality was awful and the openings and endings were skipped (it was one of them cheap copies), one day I'll watch the full thing. I'm thinking of watch Legend of the Galactic Heroes first though as it is supposedly similar but it has a better score.
Thanks though!
Also, when it comes to anime movies, I'd recommend Howl's Moving Castle and anything by Mamoru Hosoda.
