thanks, i'm glad you liked it. believe it or not, majority of those are accidental finds from idly searching around random sites, otherwise i got the rest from mal stacks, recommendations and lists.
yes it's really been a long while, you were at the bottom pit of my friendlist for almost a year i'd say. and thank you, likewise. i like how Takano-coded your profile is. i've recently just finished my exams, but it's still going to be a busy week ahead.
ohh, really excited to read your blog of this. the art of this ova is lovely ♡
appreciated! i originally had the 10-minute OVA in mind for this, but i'm considering the sequel as well.
you're like genuinely the biggest acca fan i know!
Ahh dw about it. Nothing could ruin the good impression I have on you ^^
Ohh that sounds interesting, how is it so far? Like you thought it'd be or does it differ a lot? I'm studying game development, which is also the main reason I took a break from mal since I was really busy with it and wanted to focus on it more than I did previously.
Yea my partner wanted to watch it together and it sounded really nice. We ended up watching something else but it's been open in a tab ever since, waiting for me to start it haha. The yapping and the pastry definitely brings me really close to just start it right this moment~ The opening is nice as well. I like the visuals a lot.
Indeed, nice to see you here again tho :>
Oh you're in college, nice. What major do you have?
I've been doing pretty good :> Lot of work with uni, but that aside there is nothing I can complain about ^^. Aw that's really sweet c:
Lmao dw, a bit of yapping is always appreciated~ I was just going through my friends list when I came back to mal and went on your profile and checked your list, but speaking of recommendations. I thought about watching ACCA: 13-ku Kansatsu-ka. Given that you gave it a 9, it must be pretty good?
hiii! omg i'm sorry it took me so long to get back to you, my interest in anime/manga kinda ebbs and flows from time to time but i usually click through profiles in ppl's friends list that look cool to me (like profile pictures and usernames that interest me, if that makes sense?) and i really loved the look of your profile, it's so gorgeous and elegant! you also seem to have really good taste so i just thought i'd send a friend request and see if you'd be interested in talking or sharing recommendations or something :)
funnily enough, those two titles you mentioned happen to be manga stack — and with your empty list, i assume you're not at all interested in reading manga, at least not anymore? :p
it feels bit embarrassing when someone actually points them out, but thank you. they're all drafts, so titles and themes are still subject to change. in fact, none of those are even half to being published publicly. it's pure impulse that made me put in display
Carnival of Delight and Childhood Aroma is mostly children-oriented manga and/or stories reminiscent of reliving childhood Labyrinth: A House of Stories is a collection of anthology although it will specifically be color-themed, so i might trim it a lot.
yes i've seen After the Rain, it's cute. i'd like to talk about it some other time though, since i'm quite busy with school as of late.
Really liked it, both the 10 min one and the movie. Overall I'm a big fan of unique art styles and approaches towards showing something and I was pretty content with the way they did it. Was a nice little story.
Oh really? Didn't expect that at all lmao. It looked like a "proper" 2000's Girls Love anime similiar to Strawberry Panic, surprised that it's that different hshs. Is it more on the comedy side or does it still focus on a serious aspect? A body-pillow inside a vampire's coffin huh, that sounds quite particular to say the least.
Ah kay, fair fair, that tends to happen quite easily ;> Mhm good choice ;D be prepared tho, the first episode is 1h30 or something like that.
oh that song is seriously nice, i dig the chorus a lot. i appreciate it, as with your recommendation. i've already seen Tanaka-kun, that's a good one, so might be due for a rewatch, maybe. anyway, i read the synopsis of After the Rain and it's giving Ristorante Paradiso lite version LMAO— 27 years of age gap huh. well i'm curious about it, so it'll be among the first ones i'll watch. thanks!
Yea meant that. I know one person who really likes Maria†Holic but never saw it myself so lmk ur thoughts if u end up watching it :> As for Ms. Vampire who lives in my neighborhood, I've never even heard of it but looks like something that's probably not too much up my alley, hf with it tho!. Can definitely recommend Strawberry Panic tho, it had a really nice vibe and just a nostalgic feeling of an older anime. Overall it's a nice and cute story imo so can't go wrong with it.
It's everywhere rn and tbh I'm not too sure about what exact direction it's heading to now, but I hope I keep enjoying it nonetheless. And yea, the characters look lovely, especially the eyes. Really nice design.
Ah well, maybe that's a good thing in itself ;> Hope you can enjoy ur rejuvenation for a bit tho. Anything up and above on ur ptw now? Yea it's just becoming a bigger and bigger trend every season to have super many isekai or fantasy-ish anime and it's bothering me a lot since they're all just copy pasted into the next one, or so it feels most of the times. Mhm I can agree with the first 2, especially Skip to Loafer has a really nice vibe so far. As for The Dangers in My Heart, I've a hard time enjoying the mc's Chūnibyō and the girls eccentric behaviour, who knows tho, maybe it'll grow on me :)
I sure do; really enjoying Oshi no Ko so far, Dr.Stone, Kimi wa Houkago Insomnia and Tengoku Daimakyou.
Mhm as many seasonals nowadays, it's been on Hiatus due to some production issues sadly. Kinda sad since I really liked watching it.
Yea I saw your score and noticed it as well that you didn't like it too much in the end haha, but hey, that's just how it is sometimes :>
