there are some points where they try to follow the source material i.e. the manga but it results in a hybrid and rushed series.
I really wish Tokyo Ghoul gets an faithful adaptation.
you can watch Gigguk's video on Tokyo Ghoul manga which he released some days back,
He explains it pretty well there :D
just don't watch anime they completely ruined it, read the manga instead. Sui Ishida starts off with normal art hand but as the story progresses you can see him getting into his real art.
I prefer reading some mangas at once rather than waiting a whole week as it gives a better understanding of what's really happening.
I already read Chainsaw Man so I'm gonna binge it when the anime ends,

I like yours a lot too, there are so many great shonen are there so we will have lots to talk about hopefully :DD. Bleach is one of my favourite manga, I am a huge fan and I also really enjoyed s1 of JJK, so excited for the new movie coming later this month.
